Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each of our pieces is made to order through a preorder process, meaning your item is thoughtfully created specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach allows us to produce intentionally, reduce waste, and focus on quality over excess.

Because every piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once production begins, materials, time, and care are fully committed to your order, making it impossible for us to restock or resell the item.

We encourage you to carefully review sizing, product details, and descriptions before placing your preorder, and we’re always happy to answer any questions beforehand to help you feel confident in your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

 

Cancellations
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If the pre-order window has closed, no cancellations will be accepted.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
